Whilst free email campaign software can be 'professional' I tend to trust products which are made by companies who's only (or one of a few) products is their email marketing software a little more. Besides the guaranteed updates and support those products are mostly more tested-through and more feature rich. Not that features are holy, but missing important functionality like multi part sending, batched sending, bounced email handling, etcetera are quite annoying.
